if all of the raindrops were lemon-drops and gum-drops,
oh, what a rain it would be.

i thought my winter in dubai was going to be people-free and peaceful. with christmas parties with my parent's friends =)
but, there are actually people my age this time round! =) we went for a bbq last night....with 2 of the world's cutest kids. jedi couldnt talk last year so he'd just make noises but this year's he's so so so chatty he just keeps talking it's lovely~ when his sister's talking to me he'll crawl up and whine "i want to talk to you". they're so amazingly cute~ and no zhuanghui, they're NOT the people my age. i know what you're thinking =p
yuppideedoos, after sand dune bashing last year, i thought that'd be the last i'd see of sand dunes...but now, we've been "dragged" into going quad biking.
i'm a tad apprehensive, but i guess it'll be fun~
oh yes, a verse uncle charles pointed out yesterday: Lamentations 3:27 It is good for a man to bear the yoke while he is young.
Whether it's that it's good for a person to bear God's discipline and the afflictions God lays down on us to teach, correct and mould, while we're young and have yet to become deeply rooted in our wayward ways; or, as uncle charles uses it - to encourage young people to work hard, it's a good verse to bear in mind =)
