ive been running every morning (well, almost every morning) with xiuli...and the ducks have lots of ducklings and they're really cute =) the geese wander along the path and i'm paranoid that they're going to attack me and the squirrels run around chasing each other. xiuli thinks it's tiring to be a squirrel because to move you have to do frog jumps. =) yummy fresh air and nature. though i have to admit I always get lazy halfway through and make her walk with me a little. i just get so bored! there's a reason I didn't want to join cross in jc.

someone make me study =(

was at the hospice today and the carer, Matt from Zimbabwe, was on duty =) it was a good session. started off in the jacuzzi for physio (well, not me in the tub of course) then headed off to the music room. joel was rather unresponsive throughout until we were in the music room where he really loved the shakers. When he heard them he smiled. and prolonged shaking and waving them about got him laughing really hard, it was lovely to see him express emotions - really heart warming =) I also got to play the piano and sing Christian songs with Matt, which was enjoyable=)
