sooke harbour house was yummy!
so yes. it was a woNderful day altogether =)
had chem paper 3 for an hour and then started making my chem teacher a thankyou card and then I got carried away and decided to make thank you cards for all my teachers =)
haha.
and theeen. it was time to go! we were there an hour and a half early...so we ended up walking to the end of a spit. the weather was nice and there were many dogs along the way. =) it was a nice walk. and at the end of the spit we skipped stones for a while. well, rather, chris did. we just plopped stones into the water. and a little seal swam up near the shore to watch us. awwwww.

then it was time for dinner! =)
i loved the salad - it's the only place i'll ever order salad...simply coz they put yummy yummy edible flowers in -beams- then we had dungeness crab and salmon...and the main course we had veal shank with king oyster mushrooms and this excelent mint and hazelnut chickpea cake. ohhhh. and there was pak choy! haha, i was really excited to see pak choy again...esp since it's rare to get vegetables cooked -grin-

and desert. haha. oooh la. i'll let the pictures do the talking.
