if all of the raindrops were lemon-drops and gum-drops,
oh, what a rain it would be.

right smack in the middle of exam week! =) just chemistry and spanish left tmr -grin- but i've got soooo much to cram tonight rahr. i'll just try my bestest best. =)
the speaker in church on sunday was amazingg. haha. he was terribly animated and lively. chris thought he was an exact replica of robin williams - the genie in aladdin to be exact. and the sermon was pretty good too...i liked what he said at the end. when you look at a half filled cup. don't say it's half full or half empty. ask God to fill it up! ahh..that sounded strangely greedy. nono...in the sense of asking God to fill your life up with His Spirit, to stop being a stagnant pool of water but lead a life that serves and glorifies the Father. on another note, accepting God's grace, mercy and gift of righteousness for what it is - free and not by human effort - is surprisingly difficult. I mean, we all kNOw that it's by grace and not by works...but yet we don't understand that. we still try to be self disciplined by our own might, in an effort to "give back" to God...but really it's just me not being able to humble ourselves to accept His charity and His free, unconditional love. and sometimes i do it unconsciously and when you start reflecting on your efforts and motivations. you wonder what your motivations really are and what you're really thinking, feeling or believing and what's just your rationalization/reasoning/intellect at work. rahr. rather mixed up i am.
